Digital products

AMS Music Shop sells digital products only. No physical books, sheet music or other products will be posted.

Products may include downloadable PDFs, MP3 files, ZIP files and access to supporting online content, depending on the individual product.

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure you are ordering the correct item and that your device is suitable for opening the files supplied.

Downloads

Your digital products are made available after checkout.

Some products are supplied as ZIP files, which need to be downloaded and extracted before the individual files can be opened.

If you experience a genuine problem accessing your purchase, please check our FAQ page first or contact us for help.

Cancellations and refunds

Because AMS Music Shop supplies digital content for immediate download, your normal 14-day cancellation right may end once the download or supply of the digital content has begun, where you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost.

For this reason, refunds are not normally available simply because you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong digital product after access or downloading has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping

There are no shipping charges, as AMS Music Shop does not sell physical products.

All products are supplied digitally.

Payments and security

Payments are processed securely through the payment services available at checkout.

AMS Music Shop is hosted by BigCommerce and uses secure HTTPS connections to protect information transmitted through the website.

We do not store your full payment-card details ourselves.

Personal information

We use personal information supplied through the website only where necessary to operate the shop, process orders, provide downloads, respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers involved in running the website, processing payments, delivering digital purchases or providing other necessary business services.

Unless stated otherwise, all AMS Music Shop books, sheet music, audio files, videos and downloadable materials are protected by copyright.

Purchases are for the buyer’s personal use only.

Files must not be copied, uploaded, shared, redistributed, resold or made available to other people without permission.
